Annie
Annie has a long background in and true passion for teaching and fitness. Annie has certifications in personal training (NASM CPT) and yoga (RYT200), as well as a Doctorate in Education. She is a university administrator and professor.
 
As an avid runner, she has completed 6 full marathons and many shorter races. 
 
Annie loves the cross training benefits of Spenga. She also teaches barre and is a youth running coach.
 
Fun fact - Annie has visited over 40 countries, including having lived in Spain and Japan!

Improve alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses. End this session with deep flexibility movements and a relaxing recovery. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session. 45 minutes.

SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

This 45 minute session is half heart-pumping SPIN and half circuit-style STRENGTH training.
