I have a deep passion for all aspects of wellness and especially love learning about and better understanding how our bodies work and what we can do to keep them healthier longer.

I started teaching Barre in 2016 and enjoyed the high energy and comradery of group fitness so much that I decided to also get trained in spin, my #1 fitness love.

I’ve taught spin since 2017 and love how a great song can bring a room of riders together and then see how they each feed of each other’s energy to take their workout to the next level!

Being a part of SPENGA Woodbury has been an awesome experience! It is a blast to WERKout with all of our amazing members and work alongside the best staff. Every SPENGA session provides a truly rounded workout in a fun, motivating and positive environment and I am proud to be a part of it!
