What brought me to SPENGA was that I thought the concept sounded interesting and I was excited to learn more about it and try it out for myself. I have been a fitness instructor for over 4 years and after some research I had found that SPENGA seemed like something I would not only like to try but to teach too! When I am not at SPENGA I can be found teaching barre at another studio in town or at my day job as a high needs special education teacher. I love to spend time outdoors and with my family. I enjoy spending time at the cabin on the lake in the summer, bonfires in the fall and snowboarding in the winter. My favorite 20 minutes at SPENGA is Rep. I love working on strength and having someone guide me through a WERKOUT is exactly what I need!
